These terms govern requests and bookings made with VANILLE. The operator's definitive identification details and certain commercial parameters must be completed before real payments are enabled.
The contract is entered into with [LEGAL OPERATOR / COMPANY PENDING], Tax ID [PENDING], address [PENDING], trading as VANILLE. Contact: booking@vanilleprivate.com and hola@vanilleprivate.com.
VANILLE services are exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. By requesting a booking, the client declares that they are of legal age and will provide accurate information required to manage the request.
VANILLE directly sells and coordinates private adult massage and wellbeing experiences according to the description published for each format. A commercial experience name does not itself expand the content of the service. Only services expressly described and confirmed by VANILLE before payment are included.
Submitting a form is an availability request, not a confirmed booking. VANILLE reviews date, time, location, format and availability. The final price and any additional costs are communicated before payment. The booking is confirmed once VANILLE accepts the request, the required payment is successfully made and confirmation is issued.
Website prices are 'from' or indicative prices where stated. The definitive amount is communicated before payment. Applicable taxes and additional charges will be disclosed before contracting.
Where travel is required, VANILLE may charge additional amounts for distance, transport, tolls, parking or other objective circumstances. These amounts must be communicated before payment. The client must provide a valid, safe and accessible location.
Payment is made through the methods enabled by VANILLE. A service is not confirmed until the required payment has been accepted and VANILLE has issued confirmation. VANILLE will not request full card details by ordinary email or website forms.
The client must be available at the confirmed location and time. Delays attributable to the client may reduce effective service time where the booking cannot be extended. Requested changes remain subject to availability.
VANILLE may refuse or end a service in cases of threatening, violent, coercive, discriminatory or unlawful conduct, unsafe conditions or serious breach of communicated conditions. The definitive policy will determine the financial consequences applicable in each case.
Cancellations, amendments, no-shows and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the website and any specific terms shown before payment.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to distance contracting, the client will be informed before contracting. If the client expressly requests that service performance begin during the withdrawal period, applicable consumer-law consequences will apply. This section must be finalised when checkout and consent flows are configured.
VANILLE will be responsible in accordance with applicable law for obligations attributable to it as service provider. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on vanilleprivate.com.
Booking-related enquiries or complaints may be sent to booking@vanilleprivate.com. Any additional legally required consumer-service information or mechanisms will be completed before commercial launch.
These terms are interpreted under applicable law, always respecting mandatory consumer-protection provisions and jurisdiction rules that cannot contractually be excluded.
English and Arabic versions are provided for ease of understanding. The Spanish version is the reference version, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to consumers.
