For booking requests we may process name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, city or area, stated location, date, time, requested experience and any notes voluntarily provided. For professional applications we may process contact details, location, languages, experience, training, availability, professional links, introduction and other information voluntarily submitted.
Client data is used to answer requests, verify availability, coordinate bookings, communicate with the client and, where applicable, manage contracting and service delivery. Professional data is used to receive, assess and manage applications and contact applicants.
The legal basis will depend on each processing activity. Handling requests and, where a contract exists, taking pre-contractual steps and performing the contractual relationship may provide the relevant basis. Where consent is required, it will be requested specifically.
Data will be retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, where applicable, for periods required to comply with legal obligations or address potential liabilities. The definitive retention period for unsuccessful applications will be established before commercial launch.

Do not submit ID documents, passports, banking details, medical information or other sensitive information that Vanille has not expressly requested.
